How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice to NorwayIPTV, your notice must include the following information. Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
- Identification: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), email address, physical address, and telephone number.
- Description of copyrighted work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
- Location of infringing material: Sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing content, including URLs or other identifying information.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Timeline
NorwayIPTV acknowledges all valid DMCA notices within 2 business days and takes appropriate action within 5 business days. We take copyright claims seriously and act promptly on all legitimate notices.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe content was removed or disabled from NorwayIPTV in error as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), a valid counter-notice must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district
